Downtown is not a yield play. If you’re buying here for rental return, there are better zones. But if you want a globally liquid asset with brand recognition that travels across all markets, Downtown is the answer.
The STR potential is excellent. Burj Khalifa view apartments achieve premium nightly rates. For investors who can manage short-term rental operations, the effective yield can exceed 7%.
